The firm acts in Commercial Conveyancing transactions (particularly commercial leasehold transactions) of substantial value, both in and around the Liverpool area for major regenerators of the City, and elsewhere around the Country.  Multi-million pound transactions are commonplace.

All such matters are supervised by our Senior Partner, who with over 40 years experience in this field, has the ability to draw on his team of Solicitors and experienced Conveyancers to assist him.  Each member of the team has access to the most modern technology available.

We quote on an hourly rate for these matters, or fixed fees by negotiation.  We are able to remain more competitive than many other firms in the Liverpool area, or other city firms throughout the country.  Prompt interim billing and reports keep the clients well appraised of the progress of their matter, and helps in their budget and cash flow calculations.
